Our day-to-day operations include collection and processing of personal data of our customers and data subjects interested in our products and services. Collected data are processed and stored in a transparent and safe way, primarily with regard to your privacy and in accordance with Croatian legislation and regulations and EU law.

We collect data through our website www.hotel-plava-laguna.com using our contact form and via booking.com and Expedia and Revengo online platforms. To collect data online we use HTTPS protocol and SSL security certificate for establishing an encrypted link between a server and a client.

Our email hosting and distribution services provider is Kalelarga.net, Domovinskog rata 2, Zadar, and as data processor and service provider they have administrator access to the mail server in order to provide maintenance and support services. Data processor uses SSL security certificate for establishing an encrypted link between a server and a client and all personal data collected on the website and submitted via mail server are completely encrypted and protected from misuse and theft.
In addition, data are not transferred to third parties, except when there is a statutory or legal obligation to disclose the data.
